AVENUE is the leading provider of Mediation, Counselling and Child Contact in Northeast Scotland. We work with everyone from children to grandparents, supporting couples and families through times of change, difficulties and conflict.

This is a varied and dynamic role covering a full range of HR duties. We are looking for someone who is confident and motivated, with excellent people skills. You must have previous experience with a focus on quality assurance and the ability to undertake multiple tasks, resolve problems, and inspire trust.

You will be answerable to the Chief Executive and will play a key role in supporting the Management Team and meeting organisational needs.

Remuneration

Hours: 18 hours per week

Salary: Scale point 27 - 30 (£24,644 - £27,242) pro-rata depending on experience

Holidays: Initially 24 days per year plus 12 public holidays – part time pro-rata

Pension: 8% Employer Contribution
